About My Faith:
Ever since I was born, I’ve been raised to keep my faith close to my heart. I accepted Christ at the age of 8 years old and I was baptized by the age of 12. As a Christian, I have the desire share the gospel in everything I do. In the future, I plan to use ministry as the core for each and every professional and unprofessional job opportunity. Currently, I strive to gain opportunities and experience to love others.
Matthew 5:14-16 – You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to every one in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
God’s Great Counter Narrative:
This video was created for a Storytelling course that I took at Cincinnati Christian University. My intention for posting it on this page is to show my creativity and organization for planning a group project. I intend to show my passion and desire to love the world and to make a difference. As a group participant, I was the writer of the lyrics and director of visual productions for the video production. I hope you enjoy the video! I also hope that it allows you to learn more about me and more about my desire to make a change in this broken world.

Out of the Country Ministry Opportunities:
Mission trip with SouthBrook Christian Church to Swaziland, Africa
During this trip, we worked at New Hope Centre, a local children’s home where we were able to train the students through VBS and other various leadership activities so that they were able to share the gospel with children in their community. This trip taught me how to become a leader and how to be adaptable to what is needed for the team aspect. Throughout the trip, I was able to lead and assist in children’s worship and teaching. This allowed me to be able to activate my “silliness side” and to be able to be on the same page as the students.
Mission trip with SouthBrook Christian Church to Jamaica
This trip was a trip of select high school students from my youth group. I was able to lead students in children’s worship and small groups. This trip gave me the opportunity to lead my peers and work with students who were living in a very underprivileged area of the country. The trip was such a great experience, that I was able to go back to Jamaica the following summer.
